This page explains how this site handles your information. The short version: we do not collect your personal information. Using this site requires no name, no email address, and no sign-up of any kind. Right now, this site has no accounts at all — there is no sign-up, no sign-in, and nothing that requires one. Every page and tool — the pre-screen, business plan, projections, and document tools included — is free to use, print, copy, download, and export. Your work stays in your browser; keep it by printing or downloading it. If accounts are added later — for example, to save work between visits — we will update this page first.

There are no accounts right now

This site currently has no sign-up and no sign-in. We do not collect email addresses or passwords, and nothing you type into the tools is saved on our servers. To keep your work, print it or download it to your device; the business plan and projections tools can also save a draft file you can load again later. If accounts are added in the future, this page and the terms will describe them before they appear.

What we store

Nothing about you. With no accounts, your answers, drafts, and projections are never sent to or stored on our servers — they exist only in your browser and in the files you choose to print or download.

What we never collect

There are no fields anywhere on this site for a Social Security Number, ITIN, EIN or tax ID, date of birth, home address, driver’s license, passport, bank account or routing numbers, or any government ID — and there is no way to upload documents. Downloaded and printed documents leave labeled blank lines for those details so you can fill them in by hand, off the website.

The feedback form

If you send feedback, we receive only what you type into the form. The email reaches us through Resend, an email delivery service. Feedback never includes your loan answers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count how the site is used, for business purposes only — page views and anonymous usage tallies, like how many people finish the pre-screen or print a Lender Packet. These counts never include your answers, dollar amounts, scores, or anything that identifies you, and partners only ever see totals.
