About this site

Loan Readiness Navigator is a free, independent educational website that helps small businesses get organized before talking to lenders about SBA and commercial loans. This page explains who runs it, how it is funded, and the commitments behind it.

What the site does

A guided pre-screen that explains which SBA loan programs may be worth discussing with lenders; a business plan builder; financial projections; document preparation tools; and verified directories of lenders to consider, free help networks, government-contracting resources, and local business resources. Everything is free, available in English and Spanish, and nothing requires an account.

Who runs it

The site is independently built and operated from Sacramento, California. It is not run by, funded by, or affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration, any government agency, or any lender. Questions and corrections reach us through the Help & feedback link in the footer of every page.

How it is funded

The site is currently self-funded by its builder. No organization pays to be listed, no lender pays for placement, and there is no advertising. If the funding model ever changes, this page will disclose it first.

Our commitments

What this site is not

Not a lender, not a broker, not financial, legal, or tax advice, and not an application. Nothing here is a prequalification, quote, approval, or denial — only lenders make loan decisions, after reviewing full documents.
