Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These are the terms for using this site. By using it, you agree to them.

What this site is

This is a free educational tool that helps small businesses get organized before talking to lenders about SBA loans. Every page and tool is free, and right now the site has no accounts at all — nothing requires signing in, including printing, copying, downloading, and exporting. Using it requires no name, no email address, and no personal information; see the privacy page for the full details.

It is independent

Independent educational tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by the SBA, any government agency, or any lender. SBA information is based on public guidance and should be verified against current SBA rules, forms, and lender policy.

It is not advice or a loan decision

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a prequalification, quote, application, approval, or denial. Only a lender can make loan decisions, after reviewing your full documents. Results here are a starting point for conversations, not an outcome.

No accounts right now

The site currently has no sign-up and no sign-in. Keep your work by printing or downloading it; the business plan and projections tools can also save a draft file to your device that you can load again later.

Verify before you act

SBA rules and lender policies change. We work to keep the information current, but you should always verify it against current SBA rules, forms, and each lender’s own policies before making decisions.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
